We have a spacious home on one level. No pets except a tropical fish tank with fish who want feeding twice a day. There is a large garden which is reticulated, and I have a gardener who comes in once a fortnight. So the garden doesn't require any maintenance. Since it's winter and there are retic restrictions, the patio plants will need to be watered twice a week. We live a block from the river in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely neighbors. Amenities close. Great house sit for people looking for a relaxing 3 month break.
