The house is being sold and I will need someone to stay in it while it is being sold. The agent selling will need access to the property so he will give you 24 hours notice to gain access and we will have a scheduled Saturday open for 4 Saturdays. Once sold the agent will only need to gain access for a pre-settlement inspection. The home will be fully furnished.
