Hi :) We’re looking for someone who would like to stay at our large house and look after our 7 year old tabby, Izzy while we’re away seeing sick family.

There is a quiet couple living totally independently downstairs in a fully self contained area which is accessed externally. They have a small dog and a cat themselves and know Izzy well. But we don’t want to lean on them to look after her for so long. Izzy is used to us WFH a lot and being inside every night with us.

The upstairs floor where you will stay has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom and all the mod cons including a big smart TV with Netflix, Stan and Binge.

The house is in close walking distance to train station and buses and is also close to shops and restaurants. Access is up outside stairs so won’t suit anyone with mobility or sight challenges.

All we need is someone to keep Izzy fed, watered and feeling loved and bring her in at night. There are also a few houseplants to water but no yard work.

We do have some flexibility about start and end dates because we can fill in with our downstairs tenants.

If you’re interested, we’d be keen to meet and see what Izzy thinks of you :) She’s a bit of a grumpy cat but with a gooey centre.
