Feed & water 2 cats and 1 guinea pig.

Turn on/off reticulation manually Tuesdays and Fridays (sitter can choose whether a.m. or p.m. - drip irrigation for fruit trees needs to run for 3 hours each time. Must be off between 9am and 6pm. No need to water if there has been a lot of rain on the day or in the preceding day.

Our house is currently having an extension built and garden is ruined as a result. House is awaiting renovation so carpets are threadbare. Have a temporary electric stove with oven which works wel. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

Main bedroom with comfy king size (latex mattress) bed and excellent ceiling fan for hot nights.

Bus service is very good - 2 minutes walk to bus stop, with other routes 800m or 1km away. Supermarket and Shops at Dog Swamp (1.7km) and Mt Hawthorn which also has cafe strip and restaurants (2.2km). IGA at Osborne Park (1.7km)

Dogs are welcome if they don't chase the cats
