Small 2 bedroom home with spa bath , air conditioner/heating, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, loads of appliances. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and smart TVs with streaming services like Netflix.

Also looking after 3 cats and 1 elderly small dog from 16 December 2023 to 19 January 2024. We have a cat litter robot so cleaning required 2-3 days. No requirement to walk Charlie, he’s too old and likes cuddles and sleeping. Very good orientated.

Close walk to shops, public transport available and not far from Mentone beach and Westfield Southland.
