We are looking for someone to stay in our home in the beautiful Redlands, Queensland whilst we are in the UK to meet our first grandchild.

We will be leaving our precious but elderly cat in her home environment because she cannot cope with changes to her routine. She is a lap lover - so really appreciates human company. Also we have 4 gorgeous hens who should provide a sitter with eggs in return for food and water.

This is a beautiful part of Queensland, a semi-rural suburb with a good, modern shopping centre a short walk from the house. We are close to the Moreton Bay and also to the motorway giving access to The Gold Coast and to Brisbane. We are also a 5 minute drive from the award winning Sirromet Winery.

This modern house is on a corner block with lovely gardens to enjoy - so we would appreciate sitters who are happy to do some mowing. Inside there is air conditioning in the lounge/dining areas and ceiling fans in all rooms. There are 2 ground floor bedrooms available for the sitters and a family bathroom. We are non-smokers, but are happy for sitters to smoke outside in the garden.
