We have amazingly gorgeous and active 19 year old cat, Thelma, who needs human company. As she is mature; she needs companionship and care (brushing, lots of litter tray cleaning as older gals do use it a lot!; food and water). You will be rewarded with cuddles, lots of chat and affection. Our house is very new so easy to take care of, with amazing views across Port Philip Bay and Melbourne. It is a short walk or even shorter drive (3 mins) to Portarlington beach, Ferry to Melbourne, and the township. Townshop has post office, pub and restaurants, vet, doctor, dentist, allied health, chemist, great golf course, lots of niche shops - and loads of wineries within 15 minutes or so drive. Surf beaches 25-30 mins drive. Only a small area of our garden will need occasional watering please. Our main love is Thelma, but if you can also treat our home with love and care, that would be great, thanks.
