We require caring people to look after our little dog, Banjo, who requires regular (not daily) small walks.

He is used to having company but is also happy to be left on his own for extended periods during the day.

We have a small, modern home (built 2024) with minimal gardening requirements. The rear lawn is artificial with a sprinkler system available for the planted area. There are also pots that would require regular watering.

The house has ducted cooling/heating with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Internal blinds on all bedroom windows plus external blinds on the rear patio and front bedroom.

NBN access + some free-to air and some cable channels.

We live within a 5 minutes' drive to the beach and train station.

There is also a bus service within walking distance.
