I live in a nice apartment with a big terrace looking over Merimbula Lake. It is a short distance to beaches and the lake boardwalk. Private parking and near the centre of town. I have two friendly and easy dogs under 10kg that need two walks a day and a number of pot plants that need watering regularly.
