We have a labrador that likes a walk every day, and needs to be fed etc etc. The garden needs to be watered a couple of times a week. Would be great if the lawn was mowed once every fortnight or when it needs it, not a big lawn to do. House is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom with carpets in the bedrooms and laminates timber and tile floors elsewhere, so easy to keep clean. The laminated floor is not new so doesn't require any special attention.
