We have a 3 bedroom cottage (old Queenslander) with garage and shed under the house. We are 5 minutes out of Cooroy and 15 minutes to Noosaville. We require a reliable house sitter for just over 4 months. The requirements are to mow the grass here here and the lawn at the property owner's house further up the road. There are 2 ride on mowers and a power driven mower for the owners lawn. To mow and wiper nip the total area, will take about 4 to 5 hours. As it will be winter, the mowing will only be required every 3 to 4 weeks. There are chooks to be feed morning and night and a vegie garden to water as required. Power and water are included.
