Lovely, low maintenance, 4 bedroom home in quiet court with friendly neighbours.

20 mins to Geelong, 30 mins to the Surf Coast and 45 mins to Melbourne. Take advantage of the coast in the holidays period 😊

We have a very friendly cat (she may look grumpy but looks are deceiving!), and an equally friendly Cockatiel that require care. The cockatiel needs a little time out of her cage each day just to break the boredom, and will happily sit on your head or shoulder and enjoy scratches.
