I am looking for a reliable pet sitter to care for my four-year-old cat. He loves people but may hide on the first day before coming out for cuddles. He’s primarily an indoor cat and follows a routine of twice-daily wet food, with biscuits always available.

I would prefer someone who enjoys cats and understands their unique quirks. The sitter would need to feed him twice a day and ideally spend some time with him during the day or evening for company. Additionally, I’d appreciate daily supervised yard time. He enjoys going outside in the yard with a leash in the morning or evening, but this needs monitoring as he sometimes tangles himself around outdoor furniture.

House Details:

- My home is nearly brand new, fully furnished, and secure.

- Located in Smithfield, with shops 5 minutes away driving and easy access to the highway.

- There are a pot plants and outdoor plants to water twice daily, though the maintenance is minimal.

Sitter Preferences:

- Preferably an individual (no couples or friends).

- No visitors during your stay.

- Keep the house clean and as you found it.

- Clean the litter box and refresh the water daily.

- Keep the cat food bowls clean.

- keep house secure and locked

This could be an ongoing arrangement as I often travel, with additional future dates available for house and pet sitting.
