- We live on a five-acre block, safe neighbourhood/no crime issues. Have great Neighbours and NBN is connected

- You will need to feed and care of a 2.5 yrs. old Blue Heeler and cat approx 9yrs old. We will provide the food for the animals

Dog is well socialized and loves our seven grandchildren (newborn to 10yrs old)

The dog (Finn) travelled last year for 4 months in a caravan with us.

The cat (Lilo), you will not see much of her as she is fairly shy but does enjoy being rubbed/stroked.

- The local kookaburras will visit each afternoon but you dont have to feed them

- Shops, supermarkets fast food, petrol stations, etc are nearby and large Shopping Mall about 25 minutes away

- We will be at Coolum on the Sunshine Coast during this time with our family
