There is a 9 year old greyhound to feed and provide love to. She is quite chilled and doesn't need a walk every day. Other then that it is just the general yard maintenance ie watering a few pots mowing the grass and keeping the house secure.

The train and local Woolies are 500m down the road and there is easy access to highways that can take you in any direction.
