Assignment Requirements

Housesitter required for comfortable 3-bed, near bus stop and Kippax shopping centre. The house is warm and well-insulated, with double glazing and split systems in the lounge and bedrooms. The main bedroom is bright and roomy. The house has two toilets, and a combined bath and shower. The house is recently renovated and well-maintained.

Kippax shopping centre is a four-minute drive. It has a Woolworths, Aldi, pharmacy, doctors, vet, service station, cafes, restaurants etc. The bus stop is about 200m away, with main routes to Kippax and Belconnen mall. Gininderra Creek and the green space are a 5-minute walk.

The house is on a single level, with a small step up onto a large deck from the driveway. The yard is fenced, with robot lawn mowers. Gardeners come in regularly.

Our cute and cuddly Japoodle has been trained as an assistance dog and is happy to sit on your lap or sleep with you! We also have a cat, who loves a scratch below the ears.

Good NBN connection and wifi, with unlimited downloads. FireTV with Netflix, SBS On Demand etc.
