We live on 7 acres with two dwellings. The main residence remains locked whilst we are away. The sitters accommodation is a five year old brick single bedroom cottage, airconditioned, all mod cons.

We require sitters to keep the place occupied, and looking occupied.

Sitters are asked to keep lawns (about one acre) tidy. Rider on mower for 99% and a small battery operated mower for the pool area.

Simple pool testing, and sometimes chemical addition, every few days.

Garden, mainly pot plants, watering daily.

Bring in mail from mail box daily; put out rubbish bins and retrieve weekly.

No pets, our dog goes with us.
