Assignment Requirements

2 bedroom, air-conditioned, elevated home in Batchelor on the edge of Litchfield National Park (full of waterfalls to swim in and walk around). Large master bedroom looking out across the gardens. The second bedroom has a gym in it, but there is also a fold up bed for use if required. The home office has a lovely view, with birds often feeding in the trees that line the window. There are outdoor seating areas under the house, on the deck, or you can chill out in the hammock. The house has large tropical gardens and gated driveway. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe with a friendly local vibe and markets once a month.

Theres a local shop a few minutes walk away. Lovely pub within walking distance that does great food and public outdoor swimming pool near by. The local butterfly farm also serves food and has animals for guests to interact with.

Free stay in return for walking and feeding my wolfhound Rusty. He's a big dog but doesn't come inside the house. He is very very friendly. He doesn't need to be walked too far. Once a day is fine. He's getting his grey hairs and so has slowed down a bit, plus he gets plenty of time to run around out bush when I'm home.

He loves other dogs, but no dogs would be allowed inside the house as the place is freshly furnished. Also the neighbours chickens often come in my yard and there are lots of dogs there too, so if you do have a dog it needs to be very chill.

My 3 house plants and 3 banana trees also need a water twice a week.

I have a large driveway but my work car will take up one space. If you have a caravan we'd have to put my car in the backyard which might be a bit odd for the space, but it's possible.
