Three bedroom, three bathroom brand new townhouse in Blackburn with secure undercover parking and cute little deck that catches the sun. Very convenient to supermarket and shops, plus walks through parkland. Bus nearby and train about 1km away. A decent sized kitchen with most appliances you might need - I cook a lot! Our cat, Luna, is a gorgeous white/grey tabby who purrs loudly and sits next to you when she feels like it. She's fed morning and night and otherwise is pretty low maintenance. She occasionally goes outside for a little while, but we don't let her out at night.
