To look after my 2 beautiful palomino quarter horses. Which includes brushing out manes and tails daily, giving them both vitamins and giving the gelding arthritis medication all of which are simply added to their morning feed and mixed through. Given April is usually warm there is probably no need for them to be rugged unless the weather turns cold which at that time of year is unlikely. Both horses are spoilt, both are 17 years of age so are not silly and will most likely be waiting for you of a morning near the stables.

Our house sits high on a ridgeline, overlooking the Goughs Bay / Mountain Bay arm of Lake Eildon, the view from our house is quite amazing. We also overlook Mt Buller, which is a 40 minute drive to the top of Mt Buller which is a ski resort. The town of Mansfield is a 15 minute drive and has some top places to dine. Mansfield is also the gateway to the Victorian High Country which includes cattle mans huts including Craigs Hut from the Man from Snowy Mountain movie., which you can drive any sort of car to.

We are not far from the King Valley which offers many dining experiences at the various wineries, there are lots of things to do around the High Country at any time of the year but Autumn is particularly lovely.
