We have 2 fur babies, 10 year old Cavoodles that we absolutely adore. They are gorgeous friendly dogs that live in the house, they actually run the house, everything revolves around their care and attention.
They sleep in our bedroom, one of them sleeps on our bed, but you wouldn't even know he was there, they are great sleepers.
They are usually very settled and quiet, but they do like to think that they're big guard dogs if they see people walking past, or they see dogs or animated figures on television!
They are house trained and very clean, there is a doggy door for their use.
We are looking for someone who works from home or are retired. Our doggies are not used to being left for long periods at a time. A few hours is fine.
We have planned an Outback Australia trip starting early July, for 4 months, but the dates do not have to be exactly as stated.
We have decided that taking our dogs with us will be too disruptive, and too risky for them.
We have decided to leave them in the care of a completely suitable carer, if we can find the right person, preferably a solo lady or an older couple.
Our 8 year old house is in a quiet Victorian coastal fishing village, with amazing views over Western Port and French Island.
We would need light gardening and watering done, besides caring for our beautiful property.
