We're looking for someone to look after our house (and small dog, Coco) while we're on holiday. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Balaclava located within a few minutes walk of the Carlisle St shops. A little bit longer walk gets you to the beach and Acland St in St Kilda. Balaclava Station is 5 mins away, and once you're on the train, the CBD is about 15 mins.

Coco is a 5 year old boston terrier - she's pretty low maintenance. She has a dog walker come a few times a week and apart from that while she's always keen for a walk, she doesn't need one. We have a small garden that might need a little bit of watering, but not much given it'll be winter.
