Our large 3bedroom water front apartment with city and water views is located within one of the most popular locations in Townsville. Rocky, is our loved Quaker Parrot who is in need of a little attention while we are away.

All the modern comforts are on offer, ensuite to main bedroom, fully air-conditioned throughout, sleek designer kitchen with modern appliances and large open plan living and dining

About our listing:

- A large, modern, well equipped 3bdroom apartment.

- large balcony with water, city and Magnetic Island views.

- Secure and safe apartment block.

- swimming pool and gym within the complex

- Situated on the quieter side of Palmer Street we are a very short walking distance to a number of different cafes and restaurants.

- less then 10min walk into Flinders St.

- The balcony has a small amount of potted plants that will need occasional watering.

- Rocky, our Quaker Parrot, enjoys interacting, spending time out of his cage and having a little fly around. Guidance on care will be provided.
