Looking for someone reliable to house sit on our 25 acre property close to Dubbo. Property is low maintenance only requiring watering of some gardens and maybe some mowing. We have 2 kelpies, 1 fish tank, lots of chickens (& fresh eggs) and sheep and lambs all relatively low maintenance animals/tank.

Dogs are good with children and entertain themselves most of the time, have a separate dog yard and fully fenced house yard.

Play areas and fully fenced yard for children - trampoline, rock climbing wall, swings and lots of flat ground to run around.

Flat ground and external power available for caravans if required. Great place to relax, sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Home office also available if needed. BYOD

10 min to town, 15 mins to zoo.

We are currently having a pool installed so hoping that will be done and swimmable by 26 November
