House and pet sitting (1x medium short hair Border Collie 2yrs old), small amount of plant watering occasionally.

Power, water and Wifi provided.

Plenty or room on a large 20 acre property.

House itself f sits on approx 1/2 acre and fully fenced backyard. Beautiful sunsets enjoyed from the verandah and overlooking almond trees, vineyards and natural scrub.

House is set back on a dirt road with minimal traffic but only a 5minute drive to the nearest town of Barmera. Barmera is a town that has a supermarket, shops, Hotel, Footy club, bottle shop and the spectacular Lake Bonney. Close to Renmark, Berri and Loxton, many restaurants, wineries and rivers to explore.

House itself is basic but very tidy and well maintained with modern furnishings, a fireplace, AC Unit, large kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom has bath and shower, separate toilet.

Dog: His name is Sparky. He is incredibly loving and gentle. Wants to be involved in everything from walks, exploring, car rides (manual car provided to take dog for a walk), sleeps inside on his onw pet bed in the lounge. He comes and goes through his own dog door and is well trained. Loves attention, cuddles, runs, a good meaty bone, playing and generally hanging with his humans. He is also trained off lead.
