Our home is located in within a quiet neighbourhood but best of all within walking distance local IGA, very popular cafe, parks, Bus Stop, Train Station (10 minute walk)

GP, and chemist. The house is double story, neat & tidy three bedroom with two living areas, full hostess kitchen, use of laundry and washing machine.

Lovely landscaped gardens and outdoor seating area, NBN, Netflix, PRIME are available.

Sammy is our beautiful, loveable Cavoodle. He doesn't lose hair, he is elderly so he has lost his hearing and sleeps a lot. We have a doggie door for his ease of access and he is fully house trained.

Working full time is not an issue, as Sammy is self sufficient but he does need a daily walk and evening cuddles as well as 2 meals a day.

I am located walking distance to Officer Train Station, 2 minutes drive to the M1 entry and ten minutes drive to Berwick.

Bus Stop only a 2 minute walk
