We have a small 5 acre property, on a 'no through road', surrounded by farmland, only 10kms from the Upper Murray township of Corryong.

Our menagerie consists of 2 dogs (but we'll be taking them with us), 1 cat, 4 alpacas, 4 chooks and a horse so we are looking for a person/persons comfortable around both large and small animals. Don't be put off by alpacas, they are very self sufficient, and no...they don't spit all the time! Cat will need feeding each day, water checked for chooks, horse and alpacas. Hay may be required for the horse, depending on the feed available in the paddocks.

There is plenty to explore including the Snowy Mountains, bushwalking, freshwater swimming in the Khancoban lake or the Murray river, or sit and relax on the deck or under the shade of the trees nestled in our cottage garden.

Our home has 2 wood heaters, split system air conditioner, 2 bedrooms, study, new French Provincial kitchen, living room with amazing views separate dining room, new luxurious bathroom, views from every window of the house out to the surrounding countryside including the Snowy Mountains range.

Ride on mower experience would be great as spring time the grass grows lushly and we like to keep the grass down especially around the house.

Plenty of room for a mobile home or caravan if you prefer your own space.
