Mind house, walk and feed 2 low maintenance happy medium size dogs daily . No need to walk in the rain / they are not fans of walking in the rain either . Keep in ground pool free of leaves (there won’t be many) and ensure water level is maintained particularly if it rains a lot. Water a few pot plants too! The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and a real flame gas heater if it’s chilly. The position is an easy 15 min walk to station, or a bus 1 minute walk from the door. Easy access to bush walks including The Great Northern Walk, and Kuringai chase national park.
