Assignment Requirements

Hi I am looking for someone to look after my apartment and cat (Scottish Fold) over Xmas and much of January.

Indy is a playful and affectionate 3 year old indoor cat. He does not like to be left alone much more than 12 hours.

My apartment is a one bedroom in Lumiere at Town Hall in Sydney CBD. The building is nice with a 50m indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym, table tennis etc.

I am going back to the UK for a month and, in an ideal world, would like someone who wants to look after the apartment and Indy for a month 3-4 times a year.

Thanks!

Scottie

About the Area

SYDNEY Sydney, New South Wales
Suburb Insights
Life in the 2000 postcode moves to the rhythmic pulse of the harbor and the steady hum of the CBD. You will find a sense of belonging in the quiet morning walks through Hyde Park or along the shaded paths surrounding the Royal Botanic Garden. These green spaces offer much-needed breathing room between the high-rise shadows, making them ideal spots for long, restorative strolls with a resident dog. As you settle into the home, the local energy feels grounded rather than rushed, especially when you find your rhythm at a corner café in Surry Hills or a small bakery near Central Station. Navigating the area is effortless thanks to the dense network of light rail and train lines. Afternoon trips to the Paddington markets or a slow wander through the terrace-lined streets provide a glimpse into the authentic local character. Caring for the house becomes simpler when you embrace this pace, treating the neighborhood as an extension of the living room.
