We have three housesitting occasions coming up. This could suit someone who has a camper van or such as the first sit is one night in mid July, 9 days in mid August and a week in October (dates tba.)

We have the sweetest rescue Greyhound called 'Joey'. He's been with us 2.5 years and is a super, polite dog.

He requires patting, talking to, one walk around the block a day and someone who'll go up into our very large garden with him at least 3 times a day.

He is a very easy dog to care for but he does need company.

Our cottage is very comfortable, warm and double glazing throughout.

We don't eat meat and are much happier with a plant-based sitter and we've had some great people here sitting for us over the years who've had no problem with that.

Our garden is lovely and will be glorious for the October sit once we're out of the winter chills.

We keep a clean, cosy home and the neighbourhood is a good one.

The river is at the bottom of the hill and there are cafes and eateries, shopping etc., within 8 - 20 minutes drive with mountains and beaches galore.

No smokers.
