Look after an indoor-only cat (litter cleaning, feeding, and play), keep plants watered and general maintenance of the house including mowing the lawn (although we can negotiate getting a garden service if someone is not able to do this).

It's a three bedroom house, with a large garden and plenty of outdoor areas to relax. The house is on a hillside, and looks out over the town. Location is convenient - several supermarkets within 5 min drive. Outlet centre 10 mins away. Bus stop walking distance. Not far from the train station.

Only one bedroom will be available with a queen bed and wardrobe. One bedroom is used as an entertainment room, which can be used to watch shows, and the master will be locked.
