I am looking for someone to stay at my house. This is not the regular house sitting arrangement.

First, I will explain. We plan to rent upstairs at our house. Our has two levels. I have renovated downstairs and my wife and I have moved downstairs. There is still a lot of work to do on the house before we can rent upstairs. I am wondering if someone would be interested in staying upstairs at our house in exchange for working with me to fix the house up one day per week. You would have upstairs to yourself which has its own bathroom and kitchen.
