Requirements

My husband and I are in our 40s and work in education and health. We're heading to Sth America to visit my husband's family.

Choclo is a 5 year old (he'll be 6 in September) staffy x beagle. He loves people, food (bananas are number one) and cuddles. We walk him twice a day for about 30 minutes each (more if we have time). He's toilet trained and used to living in an apartment.

We work from home 3 days a week but on the days we're in the office, he's totally fine at home alone.

We have a 2 bedroom apartment. It is spacious and has a separate dining room and laundry. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The built in wardrobe in the second bedroom will be available for you to use. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, including a slow cooker and air fryer. Please note that we do not have a dishwasher or a clothes dryer. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The hot water and water pressure are both great. The lounge room has a reverse cycle air con and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The building is quiet and calm. Our next door neighbours are great and available to help if you need anything (they love Choclo and keep treats for). The building has a large outdoor area with clothes lines. We keep Choclo on lead as there are other dogs in the building but we do use this area to take him to the toilet.

The apartment has a garage but it will be in use as our car will be parked there. There is always untimed street parking available.
