We are 10 minute walk to Balnarring beach and the shops. House has air conditioning. Would also have our 1.5 year old puppy.

She is a collie, kelpie, beagle cross. We can organise a dog walker if you would prefer.

We are surrounded by beautiful beaches to walk.
