Assignment Requirements

Phoebe is looking for someone to take care of her while I am visiting family interstate for Christmas. We live in a 3 bedroom fully detached unit. There are only two units on the block and ours cannot be seen from the street. The unit is fully air-conditioned with evaporative cooling and a small refrigeration unit as well plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks to large windows the unit is also drenched with natural light. There is small, fully fenced garden. with an entertaining space and lawn. Off-street parking for two vehicles is also available. A short 5-minute walk will take you a train station with an approximate 30-minute train ride into Flinders St. Just past the station is Macleod Village which has a lovely green park complete with rotunda. And exercise equipment if you are so inclined. The Village has coffee shops, take-away food shops and an IGA. Also nearby is Polaris and the shopping precincts at Rosanna and Watsonia. Within a 20-minute drive are Northland, Greensborough Plaza and Doncaster Shopping Centre. The suburb is quiet and green with an abundance of gum trees. There are several parks close by and the Yarra Trail is a short drive or cycle trip away. Phoebe would love to have someone come and give her cuddles and share the bed with her.
