We have a lovely home walking distance to the beach close to Byron Bay and so require a quiet mature person to stay here and take excellent care of our home (non smoker please, no entertaining and no other guests) we have a small garden which needs picking up palm leaves some times and watering it if it does not rain, keeping our home clean and well maintained and looking after our small non shedding dog Boo who loves and needs a couple of walks a day especially on the doggie beach 5 min walk away and lots of love as she is very sweet and well mannered and very much loved.
