We have a 3-bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac, easy walk to school oval along the creek. House and gardens are low maintenance. We have three pets that will need care - a Cavoodle, almost a year old, who is very sweet and loves cuddles on the couch. Two short walks/day is great for him or one longer one. Our cat is a 4yo Birman, not super friendly but will mostly stay out of the way and do her own thing. The fish is a Betta, very little care needed. Warringah Mall is less than 10 mins drive, Skyline shops is 15 min walk and Red Hill Reserve is within walking distance. Please get in touch if you can help out!
