Keep an eye on the watering systems, keep the area clean and mow the lawns if required. Water some newly planted shrubs on the days when the watering system is not operating.

We feed birds when we are at home. Although a house sitter is not required to do so, they could continue the practise while at the house.

The house is a 4-bedroom 2-bath house. While we are away our bedroom will be closed, meaning there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available for the house sitter.
