We have a 1 bed cottage right by the sea at Sandgate. It has air conditioning, a small but neat kitchen bathroom and access to laundry. In return, we are looking for someone to mind our 10 year old maremma sheepdog. She is affectionate and generally pretty low maintenance but she needs walks at non-peak times as she can be lead aggressive (so big dog/ex-rescue dog experience is a must) and she needs someone home with her most of the time as she likes to stay inside and can bark excessively if left alone unchecked. We work from home so she is used to having people around all day. We will be away for 6 weeks but as the cottage is separate from our home, we can be flexible with dates for the right people. We are walking distance to everything you could possibly need - pool, walk across the road to the beach and beautiful waterfront walks, 700m to Woolworths, cafes, great fish and chips etc etc etc.

Would best suit digital nomads/retirees who are absolute dog lovers and don't mind white dog hair.

Dates required: 3 June to 17 July (Plus additional weeks if required at your end for the right person.)
