We have 2 dogs an 11 year old maltese and 5 year old american staffie. So experience and confidence around dogs is a must. Both boys are pretty well behaved once they get to know you.

The house is a free-standing 3 bedroom home although one bedroom is being used as an office.

Woodberry is located about 30 minutes from Newcastle CBD, 20 minutes from Maitland and 40 minutes from the vineyards. There's a bus stop just across the road and a train station less than 10 minutes drive.
