Feel free to enjoy my three bedroom house in a superb location for the inner city over the Christmas and New Year period. Located in a cul de sac and surrounded by parks and bush tracks this is the perfect getaway for someone who enjoys nature but wants easy access to the city. It is approximately 10 mins walk to Tempe Station which has 15 minute train access to the city and anywhere else you need to go. There is no requirement for any maintenance duties as everything will survive for the time I am away.

You will need to care for my Coolie who is 6 years old. He is a wonderful, gentle, healthy dog. He requires two walks a day if possible. They do not need to be extremely long and there is immediate access to parks and bush track at my doorstep. He loves all people and other dogs, so you are welcome to bring yours, as long as they are friendly as well.
