We are looking for a person or couple to care for our off-grid home in Larnook for approximately 2 weeks over Christmas. We have a beautiful home set in stunning subtropical Northern NSW. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience living in an off-grid system. Although off-grid we offer all the modern conveniences - cooking, dishwasher, washing machine. It just needs someone who understand to live within the limits of the system.

We have 3 goats, 2 ducks, 11 chickens and 2 guinea pigs that will need to be cared for. They are all super friendly and a bit high maintenance. They all have good enclosures but living in a sub tropical environment you have to be smarter than some of the predators like pythons and goannas.

We need someone who will be willing to let the animals out every morning and lock them away of an evening. Also keep them fed, give them fresh water daily and clean their houses when necessary.

Outside of that the house will be a beautiful place for you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
