People/person/ family to stay at our country 3 bedroom home on 1.3 acres in the beautiful South Burnett, Qld. Fully fenced property in windy area.

Our dates aren't set in concrete as yet but will confirm asap due to our daughters wedding. We may be on the property when sitter arrives and leaves as we're awaiting details.

We have a young pony in it's paddock that requires walking to and from his stall, watering - and feeding if it's dry, 2 dogs, a 10 year old Cavamalt and a 7 year old Red Setter that live on the block or can stay on the verandah when stormy as Red Setter gets stressed and can bolt, plus 4 Muscovy ducks and 6 chickens that require feeding and water daily or every other day. You'll get perfect fresh eggs every day!

We have a no dig garden approx 10 beds, with a small food forest. Whatever is growing can be eaten. Tank water used to water garden. Plus there's a shed self contained room with out house shower and compost toilet. Parking for about 6 cars plus 2 garage parks if we've cleaned out the shed by then.

Yard has to be mowed and whipper snipped every few weeks depending on weather. Small Toro ride on, small hand mower plus whipper snipper and brush cutter provided.

House and main bedroom have aircon. Western bedrooms can be hot but have blind, curtains and ceiling fans, double beds and built ins. Good sized verandah with incredible views. Kitchen has gas as does hot water system. House on tank water and septic. Small blow up spa on Eastern side of verandah with cover and clips for safety. Table and chairs on both sides of verandah. Lounge on Western side plus 2 lounge chairs facing south.

Beautiful little towns dotted throughout the region including Kinbombi Falls, Goomeri, Murgon, Wondai, Proston, Tingoora, Nanango, Memerambi where the most incredible nurseries are. Memerambi springs and Ramesa nursery. Cool off at BP Dam or Ficks Crossing. Kingaroy has some lovely places like the lavender farm and the look out. Most towns have art galleries, museums and excellent visitor information centres.
