We live on 2.5acres which may require mowing(negotiable, not essential). We have a ride on mower which can be used for this purpose.

Animals: We have 2 dogs (one elderly,) a dozen chickens, a Koi pond which all need daily care. We have an indoor tropical fish tank that will require daily feeding and some basic weekly maintenance.

We have many potted plants around our veranda that will require occasional watering.

We live within 2km of the township of Kangaroo Valley.

Can cater for onsite caravan (any size) with power, water and basic ensuite supplied with use of our house.

There is the possibility that our young adult son will return home for weekends. Happy for house sitters to remain in situ while he is here.
