All you can need at walking distance: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, vet, post, etc.

Walk to beautiful Sydney spots such as: Balmoral Beach, Sirius Cove and Cremorne Reserve, among others.

Hungarian Vizsla Puppy - Rey (6 months) potty trained. His potty turf area needs to be cleaned once per day. Preferred not to be left alone many hours per day. So ideal someone that works from home. Enjoys sleeping late (in our bed), and going to Sirius Cove once a day for a lovely swim and play with his V friends.

2 Guinea Pigs. Feed once per day. Refill water when empty (every two days or more). Clean once a week.

2 reptiles:

1 Small Python. Feed once a week.

1 Bearded Dragon. Feed every day.

Watering needed for potting plants only, since we do not have a lawn.

Non smoking inside the house please.
