Care for house, garden and chickens. The house is comfortable and easy to care for. Two bedrooms would be available of the three. There is a deck out the back and a bbq. There are vegetable beds which can be used according to inclination. There is also a studio which won't be available to use.

The chickens (currently 7) need to be let out of their house daily and then after they put themselves to bed, shut in. They need daily rations of pellets and Scratch feed, as well as food scraps and water dispensers kept up. Daily harvest 2 to 5 eggs.

There is an easy access driveway which can fit 2 cars.

The property is within walking distance of everything! Shops, bars, brewery, restaurants, train station, hikes and the Three Sisters lookout are all nearby.
