Hi! My name is Lauren; I own a funky one bedroom + study apartment in the SQ1 building in Greenway. I am a government employee, and have owned my apartment since 2017.

Located right in the heart of Tuggeranong Town Centre, my building is almost directly on the lake, and walking distance to the South.Point Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafes, Bunnings, and a range of other shops and businesses. We have a great cafe, Thai restaurant and pizza takeaway in our building.

Lake Tuggeranong is an easy, flat 7km loop, great for walking, running or cycling. Tuggeranong parkrun starts about 1.2km from my house. Pine Island nature reserve and Urambi Hills trails are also walking distance.

I have two crazy rescue cats - Mei and Rebecca. They are used to being by themselves all day, but both love attention and provide endless entertainment when you are home. They don’t get along super well, but tolerate each other. Mei is a 15 year old chocolate Burmese, rescued from the Queanbeyan Pound in 2019. Rebecca is a 3 year old dilute tortie, rescued from Canberra Street Cat Alliance in 2021. Rebecca does not know she is a cat, and you will never have met a floof like her! Mei is a chatty, particular and refined older lady. They have their own Instagram account!

I have a large collection of indoor plants and succulents, but most are super low maintenance (apart from the ever-dramatic peace lilies!).

You will have the following available during your stay:

A secure, undercover car space;

Treadmill, spin bike and basic weights;

Full sized kitchen incl. coffee machine and soda stream;

Wifi and Google Chrome.
