2 bedroom house in a quiet acerage estate, boat ramp into the river at the back of the property. Friendly neighbours who would gladly help with any problems. Stay in the house or use your own van. Water and power is available. We are on septic, so if you use friendly chemicals, toilets can be dumped directly into the tank.

We have a boat ramp into the river suitable for launching tinnies, kayaks, etc. The fishing is mainly catfish, but other species have been caught at different times.

Feed Ruby, an 11 year old Maltese Shitzu, Gidget a 2 year old Chihuahua Poodle and Goldie the chook.

Some garden maintenance, (water plants 1 or 2 times a week depending on weather). Mow lawn as required (ride on mower).

Defend the castle against marauding hordes, (none sighted in the last 16 years)
