A 4 year old, de-sexed, kelpie-staffie bitch called ‘gg’ … short for ‘gorgeous girl’. She is a darling … a lovely demeanour. She needs 2 hours in the morning, and 1 hour at night, on one or other of 3 local beaches. She’ll swim, fetch a stick you throw, or gambol largely unsupervised [as you read, or IT] in well-behaved and disciplined manner. She walks to heel, gets ‘behind’, stays forever. Not a licker, not a barker. You’ll love her, and she you.

The house is large-ish and comfortable. The lounge-room and Study are heated, the others not. The ‘Great Room’ has a snooker table + a set of weights + tellie with Sports extras.

Another well-behaved dog is fine, but the local wildlife cannot bear a cat.
