Queen room with ceiling fan, aircon, and is a good size.

Small kitchen but easy to cook in.

Easy parking in the street. Very quite and safe area.

Carindale shopping centre, SPAR and IGA within walking distance.

Ruby is 12 years part Bermese cat. Loves being outside and inside. Warms to people quite quickly.

Looking for someone who will keep the house tidy and look after Ruby. Please only apply if you like cats and are affectionate towards cats including a cat sitting on your lap,possibly sleeping at the end of the bed and waking you in the middle of the night. Ruby is to brushed every week, water changed twice daily, fed twice daily and her bedding shaken and aired.

We are very clean and tidy so expect to come home to how with left our house: microwave, fridge, toaster, stove and benches wiped and clean. Rubbish removed, floors vacuum and washed, toilets and bathrooms cleaned.

Departing early 26 August returning 18 Sept very early so welcome to depart 17 Sept.
